we had some yummy stuff this weekend. the dehydrator is back in pride of place on top of the hob (annoying for boo to make his weekend fry up but he's coping) and i've been maxing it out all weekend.

saturday
breakfast - me: half a pineapple boo: half a pineapple plus bacon, egg, sausage & toast
lunch - none to speak of, we both had some dates and 'tested' the drying 'feta' cheese during the day
dinner - garam masala gobi, mango salsa
sunday
breakfast - me: banana and apple on the run, boo: same as yesterday!
lunch - couple of dates, i think boo had cheese and crackers
dinner - both: big greek salad with 'feta', banana-cherry ice cream
and we made pizza bases ready for monday night's feast!
i notice that there's a lot of dense foods; nut and seed based things and dehydrated foods, so i need to lighten up. i can sense it too, i feel a little heavier. i also feel i'm being to drawn to a juice fast. i'll have to wait for that one, though, too many things going on to be able to do that, unless i just do a week. *brain whirs, consults calendar...*
